1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Expired product received
2. RETURN WINDOW
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once a claim is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
5. REPLACEMENTS
Where applicable, a replacement product may be shipped instead of a refund.
